You can never go wrong with the crispy tater cubes - the crunch & flavor are on point. Also, I always go for the chicken &... quinoa meatballs & enjoy them. ???? Really liked the ambiance. I tried gobi Manchuria, similar dish with chicken instead that was good in taste. Deserts were good!... I tried the macron ice cream but the macron was really hard, taste was good. Just if macron was in a smaller size would havecome out better. So you're going to have to save up some dough to enjoy the full experience of Yvonne's. They really like to play with flavors... and fire in both their drinks and their food. I'm a fan of the toasts, each bite has so much flavor. I should have taken smallerbites so it lasted longer. The dishes are small for the price, as in line with other high end Boston restaurants, but theambiance is really fun. Take some time to walk around and look at the art. As a fan of the speakeasy concept, I had a great time at Yvonne's. The fact that it's down an ally and very unassuming from the... outside makes this place seem incredibly exclusive. I'm not from Boston so I'm unaware what the local perception of Yvonne's maybe. However, it was special for me. The craft cocktails and atmosphere mean you're going to spend $$$ so be prepared. Heard about this place through a local and our first visit was amazing. We loved the secret entrance, the cocktails were... amazing, the whole place is beautiful inside, the decor, the lighting, the different rooms/spaces with a different decor andvibe. Very unique spot for sure. We never ate there so can't speak on the food but went twice for drinks. So first time had a 5star experience, second time had a 3 star experience reason for a 4 star rating to meet in the middle. The second time we justwere not impressed with the cocktails, they were not as good as the first time, didn't seem consistent on taste.
