We had ordered a tuna niçoise salad, carrot hummus toast, and chicken sandwich and the service was a bit slow. The waiters... apologized twice and brought out the food as fast as they could. They even compensated us with a generous Tender Greens giftcard. They were very polite and proactively gave us the gift card, even though we had not made a fuss. The food was fresh andtasty as it always is (I have been to the Tender Greens location at the Stanford shopping center and I like their "The Greens"juice a lot.) I give them the benefit of the doubt--maybe something was broken in the kitchen or they were understaffed.Regardless, they handled it very well. Read more
