Staff were rude, building had an okay atmosphere but just felt very corporate and impersonal, there were a lot of rules about... not bringing in food from outside, etc, just seemed pretty unacommodating. Can't speak to the food, we just went there fordrinks. The electronic order machine was difficult to use and the staff didn't even get the orders right, and it was literallyjust 3 fountain drinks. A positive experience I have not had recently in other burger joints. It's definitely a unique set up and service was fast. No... complaints on the quality of the food. Prices seemed fair all things considered in 2022. Read more
It was Very Tasty at this location. I had the onion rings and fries. A delicious Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Also this place has... wine and beer So I had a glass of Prosecco. Read more
Burger absolutely delicious. The maillard crust on the burger makes it extra tasty. Hubba Burger is loooovely.
So basically everything here is delicious.. Went internet searching for good cheap Boston eats and this one came up repeatedly.... I'm generally suspicious of fast food burgers because they can go either way but thought I'd give this place a try.. My bluecheese burger and onion rings were wonderful (I'll crave those onion rings for years). Staff were friendly with minimalinteraction you have and prices were on par with what is becoming an expensive world. Loved all the sauces at the table 'justin case'.. The only average menu item were the fries. I would happily eat here on my next visit to Boston. Read more
