I ordered a salad cauliflower curry but substituted quinoa with wild rice . The rice is raw and I feel like I?m biting into... gravel . Don?t nobody ever taste this before they serve ? Salads are always good but this rice ruined everything almost broke mycrowned tooth ! Read more

I have to be one of this location?s most loyal customers, my office is on their block. Like over 1,000 salads. I just had my... third salad in probably the past 6 mo that was either undressed or failed to include meat and they don?t respond to any feedbacktickets which is just unacceptable for mistakes like that. I pay $12, leave, then find out I didn?t get what I paid for, thenget no response from the company and eat a lackluster lunch. I feel this location is going downhill. Each time I pulled up themenu in the past month, they?re missing so many ingredients. So, no customer service whatsoever, lack of care in preparingorders, and a failure to keep a consistent menu. Not great Read more

Gabrielle was super rude and unhelpful. They didn't have an ingredient for the salad I ordered. Asked if they had something... similar and she simply replied "no." Asked for Brussels sprouts in place of the missing item and she said "no that doesn't comewith the salad it's a premium item." But of course it's full price for a salad that's missing an ingredient god forbid you throwfive brussel sprouts on the damn thing to make up for lacking all the original ingredients. Wouldn't have been so bad if shehadn't been rolling her eyes at me the whole time. Read more

Food is great, as always. The stuff behavior in this location is simply abysmal. 3-4 stuff members occupying indoor seating with... their feet up on chairs just to chit-chat and hang out, so the only option to sit is outside. Read more

Kale Caesar salad from this place is my favorite health food at around 450 calories. The staffs are very polite and friendly and... there?s not much wait time. The only caveat is the store does not have a water machine. Addition of water to the store would bereally great. I love sitting on the chair outside the store and do people watching at Copley Sq. The store is convenientlylocated right off Copley Square green line MBTA. The prices are reasonable. The portions are filling. Update: today I triedguacamole ???? greens with green goddess dressing and I really liked it. Highly recommend it. Read more

This is a busy location so I recommend ordering through the app. I?ve been here a few times and my orders have been correct.... Place is always clean. Indoor and outside seating just wish there was more tables to sit. Read more

I am enjoying their summer salad. It is super refreshing. I opted for the medium spice and found it just tangy enough.

Ordering to go is wildly painful. Instead of using the built in shelves with name labeling, the staff keeps the orders behind... the register. This creates chaos as patrons must queue and ask for their to go orders individually, which the staff then findsslowly as they sort through the many orders behind them. I genuinely have no idea why they don't use the system built into thewall for this exact purpose. The attached pictures are related. The first is the long line to pick up during the dinner rush, and the second is the unused wall system. Also the salads are tasty but expensive. Read more
