I went in to get some food but to also return a drink I bought 2 days ago when I was there. The taste was way off like it had... gone bad and had a weird bitter bite to it. They kept trying to brush it off like it was just because the tea is unsweetened. Iknow the tea is unsweetened. I drink Unsweetened tea, that is not the problem. Offered me a refund or replacement- then promptlyrescinded the offer, demanding my receipt. I also ordered the hot honey chicken plate. My plate was made and waited next to herat the register next to her as I looked for the receipt. Then as I am at the register, looking for the receipt for the drinksomeone comes from the back to swap out my already proportioned and covered plate. I look up at the woman, a manager who cameout to speak to me about the drink, and she just laughed. I leave. I go to eat, food definitely does not taste as good as usualbut on top of that there is a weird suddenly strong bad flavor I cannot identify. I spit it out and throw the rest of the plateaway. I later feel sick and super out of it later. So if drugging people or contaminating the food is how they treat customerswho were not rude, but just had a complaint, you may want to save your money and go elsewhere. Read more
Got a nice $13 (+$8 fees) hot honey chicken bowl that was under proportioned, with a nice side of melted plastic on my chicken.... I'm certainly not going to risk another $20+ ordering. Guess I'll have to trash this and go to subway for lunch. Thanks forcaring, and not having working phones in the actual stores to get this fixed in time for lunch???? Read more
Literally shocked when i took the lid off. Barely anything in the bowl, missing two ingredients- the almonds and kale cabbage... slaw. I paid $13 for this.. This is the second time they have given me hardly anything in the order. Def will not be going backto this location again. Read more
Sweetgreen is one of my to-go places. You can count on it to have healthy food that tastes very good. I enjoy their preset... meals, but my favorite is making your own salad. These tend to be very good if you like customization. Salad taste in general -5/5. If you can make healthy food taste good, I like it Bread - 4/5 . Bread can present on the stale side occasionally. Food was very Good! Kind of pricey though...went for a quick bite to eat. But cost about as much as sitting down at a nice... restaurant during the lunch hour. Will go back and try some of the other bowls. Extremely fresh food. And if you want to swapsomething out of the bowl just ask Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all questions about the food. Read more
It's officially six minutes after their opening time and they have customers waiting in the cold outside as they were late with... checking inventory. One was even having breakfast on the side and all were aware that the door was locked, and again, it isincredibly chilly outside. I genuinely wish they at least acknowledged the delay, apologized, and offered for customers to waitinside. I wish I could give zero stars because that was truly unprofessional beyond belief. They add too much sauce, oftenforget the bread for online orders, and didn?t know the recipe in the chicken tostada bowl. Read more
