Disgusting service. My sandwiches came in a paper bag, no type of wax paper or anything. Bread not toasted and all the contents... added to was outside of the bread. Read more

This place seems to be going down the hill and It's a sad reality. It used to be my favorite spot for the time I had only as... much time to grab a bite. There used to be some staff working there who were very welcoming and show casing a Top tier customerservice. The current staff, I'm sorry they're hardworking people, but they are lagging catching up to that high standard. Thatnice hispanic lady with that always smiling attitude. Not to forget that young middle eastern young man as well as the otheryoung tall guy who all just vanished in a short time. I frankly would go out of my way, ignoring at least 5 possible places Icould get my belly full, to go there and for example have a small chit-chat with the middle eastern dude who would start to makemy sandwich without even me having a chance to say so, or the hispanic lady who makes the sandwiches fast and at the same timehighly presentable. I'm not sure if they have gone for good, or anything; but my hope and wish is that the manager, Mr Moran ismore diligent regarding the recruits. In contrast with new people, and I am not tryna undermine their efforts, it's just thatthe bar was put very high up by those former employees. The older gentleman who has been working there has such a short temperand has at times gotten into arguments with me, and he makes sandwiches very carelessly to be fair. Or the new ladies who havebeen the replacements, I don't know if its lack of training or something else, but they are hesitant to give you the portionyou are supposed to get. I have to remind them almost every time if it's okay to get some more ingredients on the sub. I havebeen a customer for a long time at this location. This makes me feel a kind of responsibility to call out the shortcomings as Iwant to see this location in its good shape.
