I understand training new people and mistakes being done while training, what is unacceptable is having the highschoolers from... this morning 8/20/22. With a line of 12 people waiting, the two employees in charge of preparing customer?s drinks they chatwith each other, laugh and gossip non stop for 5 min without preparing any drinks while all clients continue to wait. From 3 to1 start just now with my evening experience. 25 min for a tall black coffee. Worst Starbuck I ever been. Read more

They don?t know how to make sandwiches here, they are sloppy. They don?t toast the bread before putting the ingredients, also... they put cheese over the bacon, which makes ur sandwich twice as much greasy, and a starbucks sandwich is not cheap at all.Someone gotta teach these employees better. Worth the wait since it?s the only Official Starbucks in the area it?s in. A lot of people will complain about the 5-6 minute... wait, but they should just plan ahead and enjoy the scenery. The staff are friendly and the orders come out the way they aremeant to. Read more
