I've been going to this store for years because it's right near my office. The service has declined drastically - and I haven't... had my drink made correctly in months. I keep contacting Starbucks Corporate to discuss my issues, and they keep giving merefunds -- but it hasn't improved any of the issues I'm having at the store. It's very disappointing because the baristas I doknow are friendly, but it seems like they aren't trained properly. Read more

Don't place large orders! They struggle with mobile orders. Waited for 30 min for an missing coffee. After getting it, the... barista call me by my name and added "... what ever..." Terrible service and attitude from a bald old caucasian man in a blue trucker hat, from his speech and demeanor you can tell he... is an incompetent manager who?s long past his expiration date, everyone else was incredibly friendly, but this man obviouslyslept on the sofa last night while his wife slept with a bigger man, both metaphorically and literally.
