Yeah the drink is typical Starbucks, but DO NOT order here in the morning. I already placed order by mobile app, walk to the... store from south station, and still have wait 15-20 min. A lot of people are not getting their drinks either- very obviousefficiency management problem. The Dunkin next door is probably busier than them, but I never got my drink late there. This is my favorite Starbucks in Boston. Before this one became my favorite, the location on Beacon hill was number one in my... book. BUT...times change, and so do people... This place is a den of activity. They literally have a squad of people ready toserve the morning throngs getting off trains and schlepping to work in the financial district, on Beacon Hill, the LeatherDistrict, or around the Crossing. I can't say enough about the folks at this location. If you simply stop in to grab a ventidark roast, you'll have a terrific experience. The people, the action, the service, the smells...the SMILES (on a Tuesdaymorning in Boston nonetheless), are all fantastic. Go there and stand. Maybe order coffee because it's fantastic.
