If you're in a time crunch, this is NOT the place to go. Often disorganized and overcrowded. I've had to wait 30 minutes for a... coffee multiple times. This is a BU operated Starbucks. Read more

These people mess up everything you order. Very messy. Show no respect to people not using ?English? names. What a shame. Please... just go to pavement, it is only couple more steps. Read more

worst Starbucks ever. Racists.. Today during the holi festival the manager yelled at everyone in the store to keep quiet and... order from GrubHub. I have been to starbucks during times when people are celebrating something around. Just because it's abrown crowd she yelled at us. No one behaves like this when white festivals are around. I haven?t ever had an amazing interaction here. Today, however, DISGUSTED me. I ordered food and watched the woman working at... the oven handling every single food without gloves. She would then wander, touch other things, and go back to the food withoutwashing her hands. If that wasn?t horrible enough, on my way out, the lady at the register greeted the next customer by saying? What?s your order? in an extremely snappy tone. Staff isn?t warm or friendly, and there are clearly food safety hazards. Betteroff going somewhere else. Read more

It took me so much effort to come here and find a parking so they tell me that you can only buy through the Grubhub app. It... would be better if you shut this store. If you don?t take regular credit card or Starbucks app.luckily there is a Dunkin if youkeep driving little further Read more

I have no idea how the policies of Starbucks work, but I feel that not offering most of the menu options because the place... closes in 30 mins is kind of disrespectful. I get it for the employees to leave on time it is good, but that is something thatStarbucks should let to the customers know. Thanks for using paper straws though. Read more

Doesn't have its own Wi-Fi! This place is owned by the Boston University, and so you have to either be affiliated with BU or... use the "BU Guest" Wi-Fi, which asks you for your name, email, and phone number in order to connect. This means they want totrack you, be able to disconnect you at will, and (potentially) be able to sell your info. I do not care for this at all. Find adifferent Starbucks if you have a choice. Don't get me wrong: the Boston University has every right to put any kind ofconditions on their Wi-Fi, because it's theirs, they own it. However, this breaks an implicit expectation of the Starbucksbrand: half the reason I even go to Starbucks is for the free, anonymous Wi-Fi. If they break this expectation, they have tomake it known _before_ I spend my money. Otherwise - a pretty regular Starbucks: moderately dirty, moderately priced, moderatequality. Read more

In most ways, this is your typical Starbucks. Because it is the only one in the area, right in the middle of Boston University's... campus, it will almost always have a line stretching out of the door. There is limited seating and it can be very loud. But ifyou want Starbucks, it gets the job done! Read more
