What a bad fast food burger shop. You wait up to 30 minutes for a burger. Then it is sometimes cold. The staff unfriendly. Just... busy with yourself. I think it's funny that we guests wait so long. The quality is not what Shake Shake claims. The toilets areincredibly dirty. The work there is not clean. The tables are all smeared. It also needs to be cleaned from time to time. I wasshocked. Order your meal using any of the self-service machine, pay and wait for your meal. Plenty of seats available too. Great shack... burger and even better fries! I previously also had the portobello burger before and enjoyed it too. Love it! Will be back formore! Read more
Delicious burger and fries. The price as the most in Boston (I think the city in general a little expensive). They close at 9pm... and we ordered 8:50pm +/- but we were told that couldn't had the meal there because they would closed soon. It?s really irritating that nearly every table has trash on it. I mean, there isn?t any staff in this large restaurant with a... cleaning job? Alright I am supposed to talk about food. A bit pricey for fast food but it tastes great and is one of my favorites. About half of the ordering kiosks are broken which... does not make it easy to order especially when it's crowded, which it usually is. The eating area does not seem to be cleanedfrequently enough either. It's probably better to takeout. Read more
We have shake shack in California, which is nice. I got to try the OG version on the east coast, which is good. For a fast food... chain, you are often limited in the things you can expect. The food was good. Got a cheeseburger, some chicken bites and somefries. The cheeseburger was good. Patties were way too large than the actual burger could hold. Cool place to get a quick bite in downtown Boston. I was able to walk off the 5000 calories I consumed immediately after ????.... Food is made to order and relatively quick. Service was good, employees had an upbeat attitude and seemed like they genuinelywanted to be there. Computer ordering is a bit on the tedious side but covers all the particulars.
