Reviews for Rina's Pizzeria & Cafe in Boston, MA
I live nearby and have ordered about 10+ times from this place, last year it was reliable, fast and done on time. Every time I... go in now I am very disappointed. The pizza is usually rushed, they usually are out of ingredients for anything but cheese andif you think ordering anything else is a option, I?d warn you not to. I got chicken wings from here and the first time they werecold with no sauce on them at all, the second time the dude literally pulled a old bottle of sweet baby rays and just squirtedit on the wings in front of me, no tossing, no prep, it was gross. I get being busy, but having three guys so overworked thatthey can?t even fulfil the orders is gross management. Place is ran worse than some fast food chains now. Read more
Impossible to get what you want if you live or work around the North End to get the slice you want. And you cannot order a slice... ahead. I've tried to go in and get specific slice more than 5 times and it has not been available. I tried to call ahead toorder it, but only whole pizzas are allowed. Such a shame. For the most part the specialty pizzas are good. The basic cheese andpepperoni are mediocre. Better off at Umbertos if you want a really good cheese slice...and it's cheaper. Read more
We were walking around Boston seeing the sights and stopped in for a quick bite. It was good! Big slices, the equivalent to 2... normal slices....the bottom and crust had a nice crunch to them. Ordered a slice of pepperoni and sausage, a mushroom and Iordered the spicy vegetable. All of them were really favorable and I would recommend stopping in. Read more
In town for a conference and staying in north end. Delicious pie! Toppings are premium, crust is perfection, and the sauce is... exactly how we have it back home in Windsor Ontario Canada. Can't recommend this place enough. Read more
Tried the margherita pizza which was different from what I expected. It had no tomato slices and only two pieces of basil. But... the piece I had was good and large enough that it required some folding to eat. The crust was crunchy but easy enough to eat. Read more
This is a great place for those looking for a less expensive option to the surrounding Little Italy. 12-year old said to give it... 5 stars for amazing pizza. It was fast as the pizza is pre-made and reheated by the slice. A good options for kids, individualswanting a fast slice, picky eaters, or those needed a less expensive option. Note: this is not an authentic Italian typeplace, but the 12-year old said 5 stars. Read more
Came to the Boston and tried out this pizza spot for the first time. Indoor seating is available. Individual slices are random.... Just depends what they make. The slices are huge. Ordered a cheese slice which was square and a mushroom pizza slice. The pizzais on a fairly thin crust, like a naan texture. I would be curious as to what a personalized order would taste like. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. We stopped in for a slice while walking the Freedom Trail and I was super impressed.... Large slices, lots of flavor, and not too greasy. If I ever make it back to the Boston area, this will definitely be a must tocome back to. Read more
