I didn't actually get the chance to eat here (terminal B, Logan), but I was seated in a quiet sunny corner at my gate working... when an employee took the seat near me on his break. He took out his phone, and started playing random short videos veryloudly. I tried to ignore it for a couple of minutes, but I eventually asked him if he could turn it down. At first he didn'tseem like he wanted to, and I get that I am in a public place. I am just not good with excessive volume -- definitely not a citychick -- and I can never understand why people are so shameless with their noise pollution. The four stars for Potbelly is forthe way he chose to handle himself off the clock, (but still in uniform). He ended up adjusting the volume, and when he finishedhis meal he offered an apology. So many of the reviews about this establishment are about rude employees. This young man showedgood manners in this situation, which I really appreciate. For those not in "the know", dealing with the issues that employeesin food service have had to face (supply chain issues being HUGE), is a challenge in and of it self. Most staff members have nocontrol over what gets delivered, but they still have bills to pay. Kindness and understanding go a long way. Read more

On this particular day things the line was very busy. The other restaurants in this terminal are pricey, so Potbelly is your one... cheap(er) option. They were out of quite a few things and the poor staff kept having to explain what they actually hadleft. Still, the baked potato soup I did get was a bit over 5 dollars and was pretty good. Their lack of food supply is in line with the country, but the workers attitude are arrogant and rude. Bread is limited, salads... have missing ingredients or options of 2 dressings, lack of items to put on your sandwich, all this AFTER you wait in line for20 minutes. The Boston Logan shop has erratic hours, you never when it's open or closed. Read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they were "out of salads for the day". No signs anywhere notifying customers. It was... 11am. So, I ordered a sandwich. The associate adding toppings was so rude...the employees here just don't care. Read more

We flew out of B5 at Boston Logan and stopped here to grab a quick lunch before our flight. They were VERY busy and employees... were dealing with a lack of ingredients. Despite these challenges, staff were working very hard with a good attitude. The youngman making sandwiches was amazing. When I suggested he was practically feeding the entire airport, he looked up, surprised, andthen gave all of us in line a big smile and said he couldn?t do it without his fellow workers. What a fantastic employee.Potbelly, give this crew a raise! Oh, and my husband really enjoyed the cold brew shake to celebrate his birthday. ThanksPotbelly! Read more

Sandwich was fairly good but, as all the other reviews said, the Hispanic lady at the counter was pretty rude: When I asked her... for a milkshake, she rolled her eyes like I had just singlehandedly ruined her day and then proceeded to (I assume, based on hertone and expression) loudly complain about my order to her co-worker in Spanish while she made it. If you don't want to makemilkshakes, don't offer them -- don't act like I'm the bad guy for picking an item off of your menu ???? That being said, herco-worker (guy with ponytail) was perfectly fine. When you're out of almost everything I think it's time to shut her down. They were also out of coffee. All they really had was... eggs. Fyi this was 6am in the morning. Employees are great but the restaurant didn't have anything. Read more
