I love this place. I've never had a bad sandwich or a bad experience. The bread is always fresh and the ingredients are high... quality. They also make fantastic cookies. These sell out all the time, so buy those suckers fast. Chicken and cheddar is myfavorite. The service is pretty fast as well, so really no good reason nor to give it a try if you love subs. Enjoy! Honestly disappointed. Maybe part of it is coming an hour before close but my visit was rife with issues and was generally just... a bad first impression of the chain. To start, there was a dispute between workers behind the line about my sandwich and whatactually came on it (yes, the pizza sandwich does come with mushrooms FYI). When it was finally resolved and I had my food thenext issue was that they were out of lemonade, not a huge deal, it happens. But the big issue I had was that after all thatstrife over my sandwich, it was served to me and could best be described as lukewarm overall with the meatballs stone cold inthe middle. I got a salad to go for tomorrow, maybe that will prove to have a redeeming quality, but at present I am not bestpleased, really disappointing. Read more
Really really tasty sandwiches. The classic is the Wreck. Fast service (you'll be taking your first bites 3 minutes after... ordering), great, crispy toasted bread. Hard to go wrong. Read more
My first time to eat at Potbelly?s was overall a good experience. Fast checkout for the long line. Waiter/order taker was a... little snarky when taking the order. However the chicken and cheddar sandwich was among the better sandwiches I?ve eaten whilebeing a tourist in Boston! Conveniently located just off the freedom trail. Oh and grab a chocolate chip and oatmeal cookie asI did and you will not regret it. Read more

I love this place. The staff are the nicest staff I've ever seen! I always order the roast beef sandwich & it's just perfect... every time. The ingredients are fresh & the prices are reasonable. They also have live performance (sometimes) during lunch atthis location. Read more
This shop was out of nearly everything? they were even out of ALL breads except flat bread. The sign posted didn?t even reflect... everything they were out of. No chicken, meatballs, tuna, pizza, soup, salad, shakes, provolone, pickles, Lettuce, onions? whythe heck are you even open? This was on a Sunday, nowhere near closing time!
