One of the most underwhelming subs I had in a while. Recent got to try their pizza melt sub with a whole pickle, and I was... hugely disappointed by both the quality and the quantity served. Not only was the portion small, but also the toppings insidelooked miserable. Although everything tasted okay, it was just not worth its price tag. There are so many Italian sub places inBoston that do subs much better at a lower price, so I would recommend looking for a different option. Read more

Terrible customer service. Everybody looked completely miserable. Person making my sandwich looked like I just kicked her dog.... When I was charged at the register I asked to confirm on the pricing. The girl either lied to my face or didn't care enough toactually check. Ended up paying more than was advertised on the menu. Sandwich was ok. Read more

Came to potbelly on my lunch break for the first time EVER, had a taste for a sub and did Not have a great experience there. I... asked for a SIMPLE large ham and cheese.... I did not know that potbelly TOASTED ALL THERE SUBS, that?s something they shouldput up, most sub shop will ask if you want it toasted... I seen my sub being toasted and I told one of the team members I didn?twant it toasted, she tells me I should?ve said something, WELP I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT KNOW YOU GUYS TOASTED EVERY SUB, I could?vesworn there were also COLD SUBS.... then when I paid for my sub at the register everything was all good until I got to work andopen my sub, I?m a real picky eater so this pissed me off, They gave me the wrong sub... Their lucky I didn?t run back and gotmy money back. People are allergic to certain things and y?all are rushing at lunch times to hand people the wrong Damn Sub. 10whole dollars for a sub that wasn?t even mines ???? Read more
