Absolutely the worst customer service. Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and as I came up to the counter, the girl said,... 'Cash Only.' I just assumed their card machine was down. I went and grabbed cash and ordered. The sandwich maker had nointerest in acknowledging me, taking her time and I gave her what I wanted on my order and she looked at me like I was speakinganother language. The manager told her what I was asking for. They screwed up and didn't have my second order which is fine sothey corrected it. I waited to pay, waiting for my second sandwich to be made and the lady behind me pays with a credit card. To which, I asked the manager, why the heck did the first girl tell me it was only Cash Only. He told me they take cash orcard. I said, that was rude what she did and was intentionally trying to turn me away. He said, 'Don't worry, we got you.' That was absolutely rude. Potbellys is better than that. I had their artichoke sandwich ! It is the best I had it at any airport. Staff is very nice and the space/ Ambience is really... good ! They are very conveniently located right at the Delta gates, and of one wants coffee or beverages, Starbucks is only fewminutes walk ! This is also a really good place to get your work done or read book if you have a long layover ! They are verygenerous with the toppings. I highly recommend if you want to grab something real quick at Logan Airport. Read more

I found a bug in my salad, and when I went to complain, the manager was highly impatient. She did not do anything to relieve the... situation. The entire staff seemed highly unapologetic and even found the bug situation amusing. This is a stern healthconcern. When I walked by afterwards, her and her staff crew were chuckling at me with each other. This is completelyunacceptable. Read more

The grilled chicken sandwich is okay, nothing special. It's similar to Subway but I prefer Subway over it. The orea banana split... shake is really good but it's also really sweet. You can taste the bananas, strawberries, oreos and a lot of sugar. Read more

Have visited twice , have ordered the Mediterranean salad and 2nd time the sandwich called the wreck , The size "Bigs" comes in... a hoagie roll about 8 inches long.Veggies are plenty and it tastes fresh will definitely order again.The salad had plenty ofchicken and artichokes which are very nutritious. Potbelly Sandwich Shop runs effectively because of the prep set up. My cheesesteak was ok but I live where the Philadelphia... Union play so Boston making a philly cheesesteak is not the same but I'm not going to hit them to hard because of it. It's anice setting while you kill time waiting for a flight layover. The sandwich is about $10 with I rather spend that for a hotsandwich rather than spending $10 on a bag of nuts and one of the airports convenient store vendors. Read more

They do a very good job for airport location. Typical Potbelly with sub choices, soups, and salads all of which are pretty... good. Space has seating. Counter ordering and they make the sandwich as you move down the line. Efficient system and that getyou through pretty quickly even when there is line. Staff is friendly which seems unusual for airport dining. And, they dontjack the prices up like most airport eateries. Good find in terminal C where there really aren't many choices anyway.
