I absolutely love Pho Viets! This is an all time favorite childhood Vietnamese comfort food spot! I have personally been coming... here for decades with my family! I remember coming to the old 88 market with my mom when I was a little boy and picking upgroceries, then once all was done we would stop by and order their delicious beef noodle bowl and tri color dessert! Even nowthat I am 33 years old when I now come to 88 to buy my own groceries for my business, I would now bring my daughter and alwayshave to stop by and order food! I am so happy they have gotten their own shop not far from the original place! We love thedecor, the set up, the videos, the merch is super cool! So happy for the family owned business! What?s not to love about thefood! Traditional, delicious, easy take out! They do not stress on plates which means I can get my food fast and for a greatprice! Usually with garnished and fancier sit down places means higher cost, here that translates into larger portions! When Iorder their noodle bowls, so much meat and grub filled to the top! Food doesn?t always have to be fancy, to me food is aboutbringing people together and memories! I am Thai and the best food is always food found at street markets, these are always themost authentic and family traditional recipes! Highly recommend Pho Viets and who knows you maybe starting a tradition like mefor generations to come! Thank you Pho Viets for the many years of great food! We love you guys! Always the freshest, cleanestand delicious!!! ???????????? Read more

WOW! What a fantastic place to eat with incredible food and nice staff. The bánh mì is just out of this world...the bread is... fantastic and the pork, sauce, and veggies bring it all home. You will not be disappointed. Not only that, but it is alsoaffordable at $7.50. If you are arriving hungry, get the Bún Ch? Giò Th?t N??ng, or "Spring Roll with Lemongrass Beef andVermicelli". Not only does it taste amazing, but you also feel great after eating it! This is a great spot to grab a meal, especially if it is nice outside! (they have outdoor seating as well) I'll be back again and again. Read more

Lemongrass Chicken with Vermicelli Noodles. $12.15. The dish was bursting with flavor. Crowded in the restaurant (during weekday... lunch rush at 12:30) but service was fast and efficient. Would return. Read more

This place is amazing! Had some scallion pancakes which were absolutely incredible, as well as a tofu & veggie curry that was so... beautiful that I teared up. The person I ate with had the pork noodle bowl and said it was incredible. We?ll definitely be back! Read more

Delicious Lemongrass Pork with Vermicelli and mediocre special beef noodle soup. The meat was a bit tough in the pho and I?ve... definitely had better. Also the basil and bean sprouts looked a bit dead. Read more

I can declare that Pho Viet's pho is delicious and the best you can find in the Boston University / Allston / Brookline area.... Hands down! I've had some bad experiences with pho (Vietnamese beef noodle soup), to the point where I was sick. But, theowners here were very kind and encouraged us to try it! We were not disappointed at all. My favorite place for Vietnamese food in the Allston/Brighton area. Extremely easy to order over the phone & online. The portion... to price ratio is definitely a huge selling point as well. I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup w/ chicken. The broth was full offlavor and the wontons were packed to the brink with the filling. Read more

I got an order of summer rolls and it came with peanut sauce and some spicy chili sauce on the side too, both sauces went great... with the rolls and you could tell the rolls were fresh. The pork banh mi was a lot bigger than anywhere else I've gone(chopsticks for size reference). The bread was a bit to crunchy for my liking cuz I got breadcrumbs all over myself and thetable. I'm used to softer rolls being used but the flavors complimented each other perfectly. And I got the spicy beef noodlesoup - which was delicious! The broth had the perfect lemongrass taste, the meat was thinly sliced, and they gave me a lot ofnoodles. I also got a lychee tea, which isn't in the pics but that was really good too. I had to take the remaining two half ofspring rolls, half the pork banh mi, and the rest of the soup to go cuz I was so full from just eating half of what Iordered. It came out to 30.50 before tip which is pretty solid cuz you get a lot of high quality food at a great price and youfeel satisfied all around. The friend got the same things except she got the seafood noodle soup and they used thinner noodlesfor that but the broth had the best crab flavor and it also tasted great. I've already told other friends that I want to bringthem there. Highly recommend! ???? Read more
