Stopped here on my way to a concert. Service was quick but not the friendliest, which is understandable given how busy they... were. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and a slice of red velvet cake, the pizza was good, nothing particularly special buttasty and proper NY style, the red velvet cake was very nice, frosting was not too heavy or sweet and had a lot of cream cheeseflavor, and the cake itself was also good. Giving it three stars because i saw flies landing on the pizza, they have the dooropen all the time so it's kind of an inevitability but they should probably invest in some fly-paper. Read more
Been coming here since 2015. New York Pizza was one of the few restaurants opened in the neighborhood during 2020 and 2021, so... I came here a lot. I usually get the made-to-order items like the chili spicy wings, the large steak and cheese with mushrooms,or the double cheeseburgers. Good food and service. Read more
DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE. SO GROSS! This place deserves 0 stars!! This was the nastiest pizza I?ve ever had in my entire life! My... family and I were in Boston decided to grab some pizza. The cheese pizza sauce was sooo gross I have never tasted anything likeit. We wanted to try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. We expected sauce with cheese then buffalo chicken on top with buffalo sauce andblue cheese. This was just dough blue cheese as the sauce with thick layer of cheese and a few buffalo chicken on top. So gross!Wasted $45. My kids didn?t even like it. Threw it right in trash. Then the guys who work there are very rude! I call to place myorder very rude not people persons at all!!! I go to pick up my order very rude. It seems They are not happy to be workingthere. I don?t blame them. They need to change up there recipes. Will never be back and will be telling everyone I know. Nice enough pizza for a slice, though mine could?ve done with a bit of sauce.
I never change my order, I always order the steak tip dinner with fries. It's so good, only thing is, when they deliver the food... arrived Luke warm /cold... But instill ate it ... M could use a Lil more steak on the plates also. Mm other then that????... P. S pricey $ Read more
Good pizza. It?s 4 star pizza with 5 star customer service. $13 for 2 slices and a bottle of pop on a Monday lunch isn?t bad.... And the service was friendly without being super chatty. Clean digs, a spot to sit, a couple side salads and a couple desserts. Read more
20+ years ago when we were little, sometimes my sister and I would be treated to pizza from the Mass Ave location and we loved... it. This is my favorite type of pizza. Super thin crust, stretchy cheese, delicious sauce. I don't live in Boston anymore butwas happy to find out this location was nearby when I was admitted to Tufts hospital. It's a bit pricey for pizza but worth it,in my opinion. A simple pepperoni pizza is my go-to. Read more
