This is my review for Nov 5, 2020 at 2:35 pm! I wish I could give 0 stars!! Super rude and don't know how to work! I ordered... fries and asked them if it was dairy free cause you never know they may add milk to everything! The girl working there said theyare and I said I really can't have dairy and if she could make sure! She then angrily said they are. Then we asked for ketchupand she rudely moved to the next counter! I asked again and she tossed the ketchup angrily at us! I bought the fries but feltlike I should double check on their website and it says it DOES contain milk!!! I am happy I checked, otherwise it would've beena huge problem with my 5 months old baby that I am breastfeeding and has milk allergy! I can't emphasize how rude the lady was!Never seen this kind of behavior!! Read more
Waited 10 minutes for a black coffee. Three different people asked me what kind of coffee i wanted and I said hot black coffee... three times. They just stood there and made me wait ten minutes. Even for McDonald?s, this is a whole new level of incompetence. Read more

Terrible service. Ordered fries w/ a phone coupon and scanned it, but cashier said it didn?t go through. I told him I wanted him... to apply it and he said I already charged your card, and it?s too late. I asked him to cancel it and he said he couldn?t andsaid it?s not a big deal it?s a few extra dollars. I was frustrated with this and didn?t have time to argue because I had tocatch a train. Stopped here to get some food before our train to New York, New York. The cashier was nice and handled the rude customers well.... I had two double cheeseburgers. Got exactly what I expected. My girlfriend got a medium French fry. She reports they were hotand adequately salty. We would go here again if we were ever in south Station and needed a quick bite to eat before catching atrain. Weirdos. None of the cashiers wanted to take my order and once a girl finally did she acted as if it was such a huge... inconvenience for her. Once she started taking my order, the other cashiers started taking orders. I made my order she tried togive me a children?s Apple juice and got annoyed and gave me a stank face when I asked for the bottle. I just said NVM and justleft. It?s just so weird but she?ll be there tomorrow and many days to follow. So I?m sure it didn?t matter but, trash customerservice. I did nothing to these people.
