The service here was quick and engaging. Our server did everything she could to help us feel welcome and answer any questions or... issues that arose. And issues there were! The patties on our burgers, two beef burgers, one vegan, and one falafel, were allseared to a crisp. This was despite the two beef burgers requested to be medium rare. Now I don't expect many burger places tothermometer check each patty to assure absolute temperature perfect burgers, but we figured that by asking medium rare, the chefwould overcook anyway and we'd get a good patty. Twas not the case. Waitress was shown the patties and how charred they were. She went back and got us new burgers. The new ones were also charred. Terrible. ESPECIALLY for the price of the burgers. Friesthough, amazing. Truffle and loaded fries were so worth the upgrade! Read more

I had the Lola burger. I was very impressed, even with it coming on an English Muffin, which I thought odd. The burger just had... an amazing almost buttery flavor. The fries on the other hand, well they just sucked. Cut extra small/skinny, they were notcooked well. Instead of being crispy, they were hard and crunchy and lacking in flavor. Read more

The hamburger was very good. I tried my friend's veggie burger and for the first time in my life I liked the veggie burger more... than the traditional one. It was fabulous. The other star I didn't give due to the oil air coming out of the tables outside. It bothered me a lot, I came home smelly and my clothes were full of oil. Read more

All in all an amazing experience. Our waitress was super friendly and in a great mood. Food was all super fresh and tasted just... amazing. I would always go there again. Music was a bit too loud for my taste, but not too bad. Read more

very solid burger in the fan pier part of downtown. you can build your own burger or have one of their signature ones. i had a... basic cheeseburger with cheddar and all the fixings and it was perfectly cooked with juiciness and flavor. had the gravy frieswhich were also tasty though the fries themselves were fairly nondesc shoestrings without much seasoning (maybe they don’tseason the gravy fries like the basic fries?). service was good and attentive without being overbearing. - Ordered medium rare was served well done. - Burger was way too salty (and I eat salty). - The signature Lola Burger was boring... without taste/texture complexity. + Good fries. Read more

There is the saying "You get what you pay for". My burger was worth every penny. The housemade pickles, the juiciest burger with... just the right char taste. Just great quality ingredients. Great draft beer selection. Nice atmosphere including Kitchen viewingand Bar Read more

Not a bad burger here - but essentially a glorified smash burger. Trendy interior, young crowd, casual but “upscale” for a... place that only serves burgers. Loud party vibes playlist. Burgers will cost you between $18 and $23. They also have beer ondraft (and the list isn’t half bad). The “Lola burger” is very good, especially when dipped in the sauce. I’ve opted tosubstitute the English muffin for a traditional bun. Overall a good burger place if you don’t mind paying seaportprices. P.S. - very clean bathrooms! Read more
