Never had the chance to try it?drove an hour to hear they were sold out of most of their bagels, completely out of bacon, out of... most cream cheese, and completely out of iced coffee by 10 AM. Pretty disgusted they can?t keep important product around formore than an hour or two. Even with COVID and supply shortages in mind, why stay open for another 3 hours anyway and wastepeople?s time when your most important products are gone in the first 1.5 hours? Read more
I thought these were delicious bagels. You know we don?t live in New York, and it?s hard to find really good bags in the Boston... area. Yes there a good bagels in Brookline. But from where I live in Boston what a pain to get to. I brought them to agathering last weekend and everybody loved them and these were New Yorkers. Amazing bagels! Some of the best in Boston. The order ahead is super convenient too. My only critique would be when I need to... wait to retrieve my already completed and paid for order. I wish they'd leave these out on a table or ask people who need drinks/ etc to stand to the side. Read more
Literally the best bagels I have ever had. I have been eating these since they started out super small just getting the word... out. If you only get one you are missing out. Get a dozen so you don?t have to go back the next day. Read more
Great bagels. Definitely order ahead for the 1/2 dozen or dozen because they sell out quickly! I cannot get enough of their... Bacon/Everything Cream Cheese, you must get this if you?re there. The Everywhere bagel (everything seasoning on both halves) andGarlic/Asiago bagel are my favorites! Definitely worth a try for a monthly bag of fresh bagels. Read more
Not to be dramatic, but the vegan bagel changed my life! Not only an amazing fresh bagel and spread, but the carrot lox is so... creative/yummy. I?m happy to feel include and be able to eat what the group was eating (in vegan form ????). Read more
This place has amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches! They also carry assorted pastries like muffins and cookies. And if you... haven't had their 4:30 bar it's delicious! They are a bit pricey for bagels but you get what you pay for and it's totally worthit! Check it out in the morning before the line gets super long or they run out of stuff! So, I love Exodus bagels. The bagels are delicious. However, service is terrible. The first time I went and waited 30 minutes... for a bagel I was sympathetic because of the impact of Covid on small businesses. The second time they forgot to put the egg andcheese on the bagel for a bacon, egg, and cheese. We chalked it up to a mistake. The third time I ordered ahead of time ? 4bagel sandwiches ? online at 10:30am, was told my order would be ready by 11:35am. They called twice because they kept runningout of the type of bagel we ordered, which I understood. We arrived at 11:30, were told they had 5 more minutes to finish ourorder. One of the four sandwiches was made on the wrong bagel, so we asked for it to be fixed. That took an additional 20minutes. There were 10-15 customers waiting; some left and others had issues with their orders. Again, their bagels are greatand the staff is plenty nice! But this isn?t about being understaffed. They have anywhere between 6 and 9 people on staff at atime. They run this business poorly and it?s so frustrating for customers. Read more
