Service is awful, I put in an online order in the morning and it took 20 minutes to complete the order. The coffee tasted gross... and wasn?t made correctly on top of that the food wasn?t even ready when I got to the place. Read more
This is a decent Dunkin. They are efficient and know what they are doing. Mobile orders are sometimes missing things, but they... will always fix it. Mostly friendly, when not friendly they seem to be busy. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin ever. I go to this location a lot and I order online. The guy who I found out is the manager there... and also at the Congress st location is rude and obnoxious. I go in and he says "you always order your latte at the wrongtime". I was like... seriously? How you going to say that to a customer? Btw, he was sitting down the behind the counter as Ihad walked in. We had this big argument as I had said to him that this was bad service and he got defensive. My side of baconalso wasn't made as he stated that they were closing early instead at 4 pm . Read more
