I used to think this place was okay until one day this dude had his pants halfway down in the kitchen.
I?m waiting on my order for forever and they made my iced chocolate wrong, and they forgot to give me half of my order. Terribly... staffed. I went into dunkin this morning for a pumpkin spice latte. Overheard employees saying they had to borrow help from other stores... because they had no one to work. The store was chaos, everyone?s order was wrong, including mine. I felt bad and just drank iteven though it wasn?t close to what I had asked for or what was on the sticker. As a previous coffee store employee Iunderstand, but it wasn?t that busy and drinks should at least be made to the standard recipe. Read more
There is a first time for everything and definitely a last.If you have been to this location recently there is an older woman... with a sort of grumpy look on her face.Customer service should always come with pleasantry but that look has turned my stomachfor the last time...I will go back to making coffee at home. Hi! I visty for many years this dunki donut. But is a latino guy there very rude and unprofessional. He wants to serve your... what you pay the way he want it. Today he get mad because i told him that my coffe was with whipped cream. Also he gives ppbehid me the order first. He throw the cans on the floor. I wish i can.tallk to his manager.
