This is my favorite dunkin donuts ever. I can?t believe the negative reviews but GUARANTEE they?re from people new to Boston or... just idiots. These people really think that they?re gonna come to Massachusetts, then go to a dunkin on a road calledMASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, and get their drink in 5 minutes??? Guess what - 5,000 other people had the same idea and they?re allidiots. The manager here runs this Dunkin like a MACHINE and that cashier was killing it too. Communicating w customers, movingfast, and being the most helpful people on the planet. It?s not their fault that Karen was already late to work and decided tomake a dunkin stop at one of the most understaffed and BUSIEST dunkins in mass. Dunkin' isn't my favorite place to get doughnuts. So, it's difficult for me to give 5 stars... but there's plenty of other great... reasons I can easily give 4 stars. Plane glazed doughnut was my order. It was a little dry, but that's always my opinion ofDunkin' Doughnuts My iced coffee was great! Location was clean. Staff was super friendly. ***I?m hoping this is the Dunkin?s across from Berkeley*** Terrible management between walk ins and online orders, neither are... prioritized. Terrible staff to staff communication. Staff are overall good with offering apologies and reasons for delay.. theunfortunate exception is Lady with locs who seems to always have attitude with any customers (young or old, blk or wht). The staff are nice and the place is clean it's been renovated. However the coffee is not great it works off of the system that... looks like beer dispensary in bars some of the Dunkin donuts have this instead of the old machines. However it seems like ifthey're not clean properly either give you allergic reactions or the coffee taste bad. The cold brew is good but the ice coffeetasted like sewer water. I would go to a different Dunkin' donuts. Read more
A few days ago, I ordered online medium coffee, Two donuts Frosted Chocolate, and Boston Cream. I went to pick my order, but... The manager said they were waiting for me because the donuts I ordered were not available. She told me to go and choose fromthe available donuts. So I chose one Butternut and because there are not many types there. I chose coffee roll . And when thedirector heard that I had chose coffee roll. She told me to just pick a donut rudely. I said to her, I will pay thedifference. she really made pay the difference 0.23 cents. The staff were very nice to me. at the same time nervous from theirmanager. Read more
