Placed a mobile order here in April 2022 - after I left I had apparently forgotten one of my bags with a donut and the store... manager ran out of the store and around the corner to where my car was parked to hand it to me. Just an incredible level ofcustomer service! Read more
I just want to say that they have the best manager and employees in this location. I went twice to this location and both... experiences were amazing. This morning it was the manager who took my order he knows exactly what he is doing . When I neededtime to find my debit car he was so patient and nice with me he helped me out I really recommend going there Read more
My order was 5 donuts & 4 were upside down inside the bag, so all the frosting was on the bag instead of the donuts. I managed... to put some of the frosting back on the donuts. But I?m disappointed. I hope you don?t do this for the next customer. I was verysurprised, usually whenever I order this doesn?t happen. And I came inside the store when it wasn?t busy. Read more
