I ordered hot chai latte with whole milk... And they add the BAD/expired milk. Couldn't drink.
All workers dont make my coffee the same even tho I ask for same every day

Very rude barista. Serviced us with an attitude and kicked us out immediately. Got my order wrong, forgot straws for which I had... to reach over the desk due to lack of attention, and we had to eat on the bus bench outside because he kicked us out. Was itbecause of COVID that they couldn't have people inside maybe? No, because none of them were wearing masks. The bald guy with thepainted nails just doesn't seem to like people very much, trash-talks coworker, too. Not giving 1 star just to be generous (atleast one of my two orders was right, I guess). I hardly ever write bad reviews but the staff here is incredibly disrespectful and I don't recommend to come to this location.... They are very unattentive and when you do get service, they try to hurry you up to leave as if they didn't make you wait 10minutes in the first place. The drinks are also not made well to your customizations so don't even bother. Read more
Ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich for $4.19 and I got a hard burnt bread. I have to cut it but tastes bitter.
The all-time worst Dunkin? Donuts for mobile pick up orders. I come here twice per week and normally I wouldn?t take the time to... write this but it?s just absurd how bad they are and every time I?m there ?multiple people are complaining. They have noability to monitor mobile pick ups orders. It takes less time to wait in line than it does to walk in and pick up your order?EVEN when your order is ready they keep them all stashed behind the counter and you can?t grab any of them. The workers are soinattentive and it takes 10 minutes for them to recognize anyone has arrived for there order. Pathetic. Read more
