i always use the app to order, the place moves very quickly for the amount of traffic they get. some days are slower than others... but that?s how it works with high volume days, they can?t make the place any bigger and can only have so many people behind thecounter. one of my favorite dunks in the city. So at this mini-fast food mall (lol) I give Dunkins 3 stars for speaking English and Spanish ( strangely many ppl don?t speak... English in Boston .. wow!!! Luckily some speak Spanish ). 2nd it seems they give a good show of customer service they forgot mybutter in a Saturday at 11am (like there are 2 customers only) . The lady didn?t know Lipton Brand of tea for which I forgivebecause she said she?s not a tea person. Way to go Dunkins increasing that margin by using Dunkins lower grade black tea !
