Henry and Leo in the Proger Building were cleaning the shop so well and recommending the best donuts (my favorites are glazed... blueberry and strawberry sprinkled ones)! I ordered the caramel craze iced signature latte, and they made it perfectly with nottoo much sugar and light whip cream exactly how I asked :) I bought more donut holes because they smiled so welcomely and putall customers in such a happy mood. They?re truly such diligent workers so huge shout out because their excellent service mademy night, and they 100% deserve a raise. Read more
Nice service got help after waiting about 20 mins for one of my drinks. This dunkin's need a bigger spare so people are not on... top of each other trying to find there orders and get out of the doors. Read more
On multiple occasions evening staff have been extremely rude and exhibited poor customer service. Collectively, the emergency... department is tired of the poor service and rude attitude. The employee refused to give her name and told us to call her thegirl with the red hair. She told us she does not care if she gets fired. ?They think I care if they fire me?. People working inthis establishment within in the hospital should exhibit better professionalism to those who come to work every day to care forothers. Collectively we agree that she should no longer be employed at this location, and she obviously does not value heremployment at this location. Also on multiple occasions they have closed early and stop making beverages because they wanted toleave earlier when times for the store are clearly posted. Read more
A New England tradition, but just bad donuts and watered down coffee. Time for a major upgrade to both. Once upon a time the... coffee and donuts were good, made onsite etc. Now, the donuts are shipped in from somewhere. There are many other choices nowwith better quality products. Slowest service of any DD I've been to. I recommend doing online orders. Don't do any espresso drinks here though because they... often have troubles with their new espresso machine. Read more
