Avoid this one. Two weeks ago, I waited 20 mins for my order and watched a woman walk out with it. Staff wouldn't even listen.... Went again today, placed an online order and 30 minutes later they were telling me to double check where I ordered it. 1 SummerStreet. I even showed the order to confirm. They said nothing and I walked away again with no order. I get that they're busy,but there's definitely something wrong with this place during the morning rush. I noticed in their iced coffee, tea, etc their ice cubes are too big. Which causes less drink & too much ice . I go in there for... coffee not a cup of ice with flavor. Smaller ice cubes please. All Dunkin's don't do this, but this one does. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. They have two lines, one is ?express? (coffee only). This system doesn?t... work. It?s incredibly frustrating. They even manage to mess up orders that I make from the app. They always seemunderstaffed. Do yourself a favor, save time by going to a different Dunkin? Donuts.
