Horribly understaffed. Went in for a breakfast sandwich and after 20 minutes I requested a refund. There was a man who was... obviously new who was incapable of processing the refund. His only coworker was just beginning to make my sandwich and he had towait for her to finish so that she could refund my money. All they could do was apologize as they were doing the best theycould. I asked for a manager and they told me one was not available at the moment. People were walking out left and right,frustrated. Completely ridiculous. They need to hire more people, train them thoroughly and just do better. No one wants thesame people handling money, making food or waiting almost a half hour for a premade breakfast sandwich. plan about 30 minutes ahead for a pickup order or it won?t be ready. totally defeats the purpose. also make sure you double... check your order before you leave!!! Read more
