My wife had a very bad experience she said. She went to get some cannoli for herself and I, and when she asked the barista ( her... name is Tanika) if there were any chocolate cannoli, she responded very rudely ? Do you see any??? . I?m not sure why sheresponded like that, but my wife felt very humiliated because she made her feel like her english wasn?t good enough. Howeverwhen the manager in charge ( Waled ) came to help her, Tanika started yelling even more saying that my wife was asking for anitem that wasn?t there. Waled helped my wife getting her order done and apologized for Tanika?s behavior. Cafe Nero should?thire unpatient employees that yell at customers, it is unacceptable. Read more

A bad experience with a worker, we arrived and the worker addressed my boyfriend who does not speak English and, as she did not... respond, she began to speak rudely and make bad gestures, seeing that I was in charge trying to order, then I wondered myself,when I started ordering she turned around and left me talking alone. Then another very friendly worker took my order patientlyand kindly. They should give him a customer service course, since sometimes only one is a tourist and all he wants is to betaken care of well. Nice cafe at the mall. Their mocha is delicious. Grab you laptop sit on one of the armchairs by the little fireplace and hang... out with a good cup of coffee. You can use the app for mobile orders if you don?t want to wait. Out wait was much longer than Ianticipated. I think they need more staff. Read more
Nice coffee in posh shopping centre. Not bad at all. Given takeaway cups for eating in which I found strange.
