My husband & I had coffee & apple cider donuts from Caffe Nero on our trip to Boston this week!! They were absolutely delicious... & the staff was so friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again on our next visit to the city! Read more

The staff were absolutely lovely but the food did not taste fresh ( I had the avocado toast)

Normally short-staffed but they are so friendly anyway! The food is just amazing, we love the croissants, and well; the coffee... is a dream. We really love this location Read more

Love coming here! Though they tend to be short-staffed, the staff they do have are helpful and friendly. Lots of seating but... since it's a great place to do work or chat with friends, it can be difficult to snag a seat. Personally I find theirpastries/food to be just OK, but I love their drinks. Decent pricing too. Read more

A nice coffee place with warm decor. You?ll find a lot of people engrossed within their laptops. The vanilla latte was wonderful... and I also relished the almond cream cake too. Quiet cozy spot to sit, focus and get some work done. The service was excellent. Read more

I really like Caffe Nero chain, and one of the reasons for that was friendly staff, but this time here... So, first I was... waiting in line to make an order, when one of the baristas, ignoring me, started taking an order of the customer behind me inline. "Well, she must have thought I've already ordered", I thought, and after a few more minutes another barista (with analready unfriendly vibe) started making my cappuccino. As I noticed that she was putting the piece of cheesecake that I alsoordered in a box (and she had not asked "for here or to go"), I asked to have it for here, and, with a really irritated look sheliterally dumped it on a plate. That look got even more irritated when I asked for a spoon... And then, after finally getting myorder, I found that my "large" cappuccino is actually literally half of the cup. So, I don't know who hurt her, and it's notlike I expect staff to be extra friendly, but I do expect people at least being neutral and acting with basic respect?? Read more

Cafe nero never disappoints! This cafe has the nicest staff you'll ever meet. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance... and decor inside are very work friendly. I tried many of their iced coffee drinks and they were all great! They have a widerange of sandwiches and pastries as well Read more

Welcome to the neighborhood Caffe Nero! This place has some great treat/dessert options and an abundance of nice drink choices.... We ordered a hot chocolate, regular coffee and zucchini bread and they were all delicious! The pricing was on par with otherplaces, the staff was friendly and the place had a homey-like presence with a (working?) fireplace and a game room in the backwith a shuffleboard. There?s a lot of seating but it?s still packed so my suggestion would be to immediately look for a place tosit down when you walk in if you?d like to sit and enjoy your drink/treat. Read more
