Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted plain bagel. The bagel wasn?t toasted at all. They aren?t making the eggs fresh to... order. I didn?t see where they came from but it wasn?t a grill I?m sure of that. It?s not any better than what you get at Dunksor a fast food place. If you?re looking for a fresh made breakfast sandwich walk a couple blocks over to Capitol coffee house.It?s closed on Sundays, which is the reason I tried Brueggers today. Read more
They forgot to add cream cheese to our orders and the coffee was like flavored water. I?m normally not very picky but it looks... like they?re incredibly unstaffed and incorrectly making orders. The coffee quality leave a lot to be desired as well. Read more
One of the few places open on a Sunday in the city that had pumpernickel bagels! Those were the criteria that I was looking for... and it checked all the boxes ???? The place itself is very spacious and welcoming. When I went, they had cleaned out theentrance for an event but we?re still serving customers as normal. The people were lovely and friendly, served me my orderquickly, and I had no complaints. The coffee was not amazing, but it didn?t taste burnt or anything so it was fine to me! I waited in line for 25 minutes. There were 3 people working and seemed to be doing the best they could given the line. But, the... line did not move for 20 min. I had been looking forward to this bagel so I waited it out. I finally get back to my office toeat my long awaited bagel and there is barely any cream cheese on it -- like bald bagel spots everywhere. The bagel itself wasfine, but I expected enough cream cheese to coat the bagel. I would have given this a one star, but the workers were doing agood job. Start by saying the employees here deserve a five. The food is great. The management y'all got to schedule more employees. They... do pretty good at keeping up with the line at 9:00 a.m. at busy time but when there's only one person it's impossible. Treatyour workers better and schedule adequate coverage please. No, I can't go to the link that you didn't make clickable to giveyou a review I reviewed you here feel free to copy and paste it. You need more employees at the downtown Boston location. Food was ok. Service slow. But for some reason inside seating is closed. Why??? Covid? Ridiculous. Plenty of room inside to set... up tables and chairs. My family was forced to eat outside in the 90 degree heat. Every other place in Boston has indoor seating.The pandemic is over so get on with providing for your customers. Read more
My husband and I went early on a Saturday morning during our vacation. Quick service, no line. The food and coffee weren't bad,... but they weren't great either. There are currently no tables to sit to dine in, which was fine for us because we planned ontaking our order to go. Read more
