I have never been to Bruegger?s before. I walked in and patiently waited in line while a customer was rung up. As I stepped up... to order I was then advised I had to go to the right to order. People who entered after I did were then taken care of first. Not a big deal, but the tone was rude without reason. The other customers knew I was there before them, but their poor mannersare on them. The person taking food orders was rude and came across like it was a personal irritation to her to have to takeorders. She also seemed upset that I didn?t know they were out of a particular bagel.
