the burger was good, with its beef cooked precisely to specification. moreover, the staff took cordial initiative to ensure that... i did not leave without my requested sauce and beverage. the fries i received, however, were offensive, having obviously beenscraped from the bottom of the barrel. i would much rather have been offered a substitution or refund than the patheticallyscant boat of leftovers i received (at about forty cents per fry). I genuinely was so confused at the difference in quality from when i had bred three years ago to now. I?m not sure since bred... is now a pick up only place and they?re so used to just delivery orders that they lost the quality in their food?..the burgertasted legit like a frozen patty from the super market?..the fries were clearly refried old fries and i had to ask for anotherbatch?.i got the other batch and the fries were legit coated in salt?..it was so over bearing that i felt sick after?.i couldn?teven finish 4 French fries?..i used to come here so much when i used to live in Boston and now i will never Come again??it?s tobad they could of gained a feature from food network if they did that right?.they need to understand They never know who?swalking through door?.. Oh this place is delicious. I?m coming from VA so I have high expectations for smoked wings - and this definitely came through.... I got the smoked wings and waffles ???? and tried both their Jerk and their sweet chili flavors - both were bomb. The chickenis smoked perfectly - fall off the bone tender. I just know they smoked it for hours. The jerk is spicy of course so watch outfor that if you don?t like spice ???? . But the sweet chili one isn?t very spicy, so it?s a good option for spice lovers andhaters alike. They also give you 6 girthy wings - they don?t play you by giving you tiny wings. I was full off of the one mealand even had some leftover. Also, I recommend their smoothies. I had the strawberry banana one and it was DELICIOUS. Theysweeten it with dates, rather than sugar, so it?s also better for you health-wise. All in all, the food, atmosphere, vibe, andfriendly service was worth going and coming back. Had a great experience here! I got the Maui and my girlfriend got the Marley, both were delicious and the Cajun fries on the... side made it perfect! Service was a little slow but we came at a busy time so it made sense, I would definitely recommend thisplace to anyone looking to get a high-quality burger in a relaxed atmosphere! Read more
Had a great dinner here a week ago. Our first time back since opening and a lot has changed. It is great to have seating in... the restaurant and the menu offers some variety. We didn't like the french fries after opening but this time they werefabulous. The spicey ketchup is great, could even be spicier for us! Our burgers were not cooked well after opening in thatthey were slightly cooked only on the outside edge and the inside was very unevening cooked, one side brown the other brightreddish pink. Our burgers this time were cooked perfectly and what a fantastic burger flavour! This place is often busy, whichI know because I often by this restaurant frequently. Many to go orders.
