Ate at the Logan airport site. No server, just an automated desktop prompting me for a craft burger, after waiting a long time.... The burger did not have half the items listed on menu, and it tasted awful. Just hire some one to take orders. Never eating hereagain. Read more
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Our meal was delicious! I ordered the West Side burger with double beef. My wife... ordered the Harvest Kale bowl. The food was hot, fresh, and just the right amount of spicy. Really impressive for airport food.We'll definitely eat here again next time we visit! Read more

Two burgers, one disgusting soggy sweet potato fries and a warm soda $34. Self service quiosk crashed trying to order. Things on... the menu weren't even displayed at the quiosk. Pick somewhere else anywhere else! Read more
Ate there yesterday before our flight. First off 2 burgers and 2 fries came to $32. No drinks included. We waited 20 minutes... for our food, they use a ticket system and there were 5 ppl who ordered after us that got their food before us. The burger waspretty good, the fires were absolutely trash. 0 salt or seasonings on them and they aren't fried or air fried. They literallyput them on a conveyor belt like you see in a pizza shop. They came out mushy, limp, season less and didn't even have any typeof crisp on them. I would never eat here again. The staff wasn't at all in a hurry, or at all friendly. We were some of those people trying to get home from europe during the virus shut down. After seeping next to the baggage... carousel all night, we came here for breakfast. We each ordered the Classic bowl and the Rancher bowl , boy were they good! Onehad nice chunks of carmelized bacon cubes. We were only a handful of people in the entire food court so maybe that makes adifference with regard to the quality but we liked it so much, we are trying to duplicate it at home! Read more
It is a nice joint to have a quick bite while waiting for your flight. The bowls are amazing and they good. I ordered the... mediterranean bowl and it was so good. The only thing the rice was not cooked at all and it was very hard to chew. Luckily itwasn?t that much in the bowl. Read more
Got to the airport for a morning flight. As you walk up, above the restaurant name are the words: Burgers, Salads, and... Smoothies. When I tried to order at the kiosk, smoothies were not available, only breakfast bowls. Of course it is self orderonly, so no one attending the order area. Don't advertise smoothies if you don't have them. Read more
