Edit: Food is good but I've had multiple issues with the service lately, mainly surrounding the B.good app. Reward points... disappearing, food never being delivered, instructions not being followed... It's enough for me to start looking foralternative burger joints - Smash Burger, ShakeShack, Five Guys, Mooyah, even McDonalds... Old review: Whoever cooked my burger(2pm August 11) please give them a raise! I've been a long time loyal customer, have ordered from multiple b good locations inthe past, have probably consumed ~25 b good burgers over the last 2 years, and the food is always good, but today it wasPERFECT! The meat was just a touch of pink and still juicy, the bacon was crispy, the egg was perfectly cooked with astill-creamy yolk but without dripping or being overdone... the guac was generous and they ACTUALLY LISTENED to my request formayo to be added. Absolutely divine, 10/10, please keep the staff happy and on board because this will be my new go-to takeoutspot if you continue to deliver this quality. Gluten free bun available on request ($1). Don't have much of an experience to write about so I can't mention much about the place other than the in and out instance the... last time I went. Place was very clean, very similar to a five guys vibe, spacious and simple with a 60's decor type ofvibe. The only attendee I noticed on was very welcoming, immediately acknowledging me as I walked in and asking if I could behelped. The food seems on par with, once again, a five guys chain type of vibe, along with the prices as well. Overall,nothing unsightly or unscrupulous was noticed by me; the area is in a bit of a drought due to the pandemic + the constant influxof addicts habituating the area, which likely adds to the lack of business, but I can't say for sure that this is a factor. Friday May 15th 2029 I went to B.GOOD for the first time yesterday. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. One main problem hardly... any chicken hardly any romaine lettuce it look like they put a side salad in a whole salad bowl extremely empty If I wasn't sofar away. Excellent fast service. Glad the staff here can cook/fry an egg on my burgers exactly as I describe it. Clean. Delicious local... food from nearby farms. The manager Chenadie was very friendly and welcoming. Andy too. I love this restaurant. Will come back.The new flexitarian burger menu is amazing. Unique and quite flavorful. Read more
Highly recommend coming here! The ordering is on a tablet, so it?s super efficient. Then the food is fantastic! I got the guapo... burger as well as a power bowl with Brussels sprouts and quinoa. Perfect for a hungover Sunday to get back on the horse. Read more
Service was aweful, and the best I can say about the food is that it was edible.....mostly. For the price I paid, I'm VERY... disappointed. The berry basil smoothie was disgusting, but I really tried to give it a chance. Read more
