Au bon pain at South station is prob my favorite location for this train for it's location. I love getting off the train for a... quick morning bite. It's decently priced. I find customer service very friendly. I picked up a orange juice and chocolatecroissant ???? . Both were really refreshing. I def recommend it here for quick bite to eat before you hop on your train. Read more
Good location and convenient! I got the email from ABP that ?A gift from your anniversary enjoy a free coffee? please have your... printer ready or show your phone at the register. Every year since 2019. Today I ordered a latte and showed him that messagewith my phone..he refused and told me to print it out paper because he need to send to the company.. he such a liar! I tried toexplain him print it out or show the phone.. so sad he won?t listen and seem upset he made me looks idiot. Good food, bad service. So Tuesday is my birthday and if u signed up by email they give you a birthday coupon. I used it and... they gave me a drink that I didn?t ask for. I said ?pumpkin latte?, they gave me decaf hot brew with pumpkin, because she saidno luxury drinks(which isn?t true because I?ve used it on lattes and macchiatos before). They didn?t even warm up my cake. TheCharles mgh one is better. To conclude this review, I ordered a certain item and did not receive the expected service. Eventhough it was free, the point is i was not satisfy with my order. No I am not asking for anything free but I wanted to make surethat google knows that location is petty. Read more
I like the food but the staff and service is severely lacking. They don't seem friendly, sometimes annoyed that you are spending... your money there. The coffee cups leak, often burning my finger or getting it on my shirt (yes, I've tried rotating the spout atall directions in relation to the cup seam). These are the only cups I have problems with. The food and coffee are good, butfix your service issues (better training, better compensation for them..) and your cups! Bringing my own mug is a great featurebut cups leaking most days is unacceptable. Read more
My name is Suzie. Another woman's name was Sue. My sandwich was labeled as Sue. My sandwich (with the name Sue written on it)... was given to the other woman without verifying she had actually ordered the sandwich she was being given. After asking where mysandwich was after 15 minutes I was given the other Sue's sandwich. When I informed the woman behind the counter that I had notordered this sandwich and that perhaps mine had been given to the other Sue I was informed by the woman behind the counter thatA) that was not her problem B)I should just take the other sandwich C) That the names Sue and Suzie are completely different andI should have known it was my sandwich (even though both sandwiches were labeled and called out with the name Sue). I asked tohave my sandwich remade which she informed me she couldn't do because they were all out. I asked for a different sandwich whichshe made very messily and proceeded to shove at me to take. Forgot about our order and instead of apologizing doubled up and tried to turn the tables by demanding a receipt from my black... teenager son. Not sure what that's about and why not ask the cashier next to her who just took our money but stinks to highheavens like profiling. Never asked me for a receipt.
