Beautiful place inside. Food was really good. I got Artichoke and Anchovies and my daughter got the clams. They didn't... disappoint. They are all little on the expensive side for what you get, $18 for small bowl of Artichokes/Anchovies, but thetaste made up for it. Definitely recommend if you're in the SoWa District of Boston. First the atmosphere and staff were great. I would give 5 stars to both. But as a Spanish seafood restaurant you expect the 70$... paella to always be????. However the rice was very mushy and the flavor of it was just off. Hence 3 ?and not 4. The uni toastwas good and my table ordered three servings, but seemed less than what we saw in other photos? Everything else was simple andgood, but not crazy memorable. Read more

Don’t sleep on atlantico! I’ve been to a couple of Spanish tapas restaurants since moving to Boston and this has to be my... favorite. We did the chef’s meal where you pay a set price of $55 and get SO much food. We couldn’t even finish it all!Ended up being a pricy night after drinks but it was worth it. The food and service were both superb! Read more

We came over for dinner after Van Gogh Immersive Experience. I called to inform the hostess that we’ll be 30 mins late and she... changed our reservation with ease. When we arrived there, the place was packed and lively!! Dinner was fresh and delicious. Welike almost every dish we ordered, except the can sardines. The remolachas (ruby beets, red endive, fig vinaigrette, pomegranate, walnuts, bleu de basque) was a good starter. The brussels sprouts and spiced roasted carrots are good additions ifyou like to add some veggies. Our favorites were the sea urchin toasts and the Maine mussels!!! A must to order!!! They gave usa bowl of bread and we spent the whole night dipping into that delicious mussels sauce! Yum!! When we asked for our check, thehostess did inform us gratuity was added in the bill. It’s covid era and restaurants are trying to survive. Do support therestaurants if they do a good job!! Read more

Appearance of an upscale restaurant with a uniqueness of seafood tapas. Service was great but the food was a rollercoaster ride.... Some really appetizing recipes and some meh. If they plan to survive with this cuisine, they need to up their game to competewith the likes of Barcelona and Toro. Ambience : It definitely feels like a posh restaurant with the high ceiling and diffusedlighting. The tables were very close to each other and there was only one way to reach our table. Possibly this was due toValentines Day where they maximized tables for 2 but it was too close for comfort. Service : Our server Walter was great. Notin a rush and let us take our time. There happened to be a miscommunication with the busser where she put a dirty dish on ourOlives to clear it but when we said we were not done yet, well she left the same olives on the table for us. They add a 20%gratuity to our bill which was okay during Covid. Walter was kind enough to let us know that the gratuity is alreadyadded. Food : We started with the Patatas Bravas and Aceitunas, plate of olives marinated in oil and some citrus like lime and2 sangrias. The Patatas Bravas came out fresh and hot with tangy salsa and an aioli slash, definitely recommend it. NowAtlantico is known for its seafood tapas, so we jump in to start with the Pulpo(Octopus) and Gambas(Prawns). The charred octopuswas very well complimented with the salsa. Definitely something to order. The prawns, well, over-boiled. We love prawns and thiswas a turnoff. We struggled to get the skin peeled off even after using our hands and eventually gave up on the last fewpieces. Needed to get another tapas to satisfy our appetite so we ordered Lubina, the Mediterranean Bass. Good but not great. Wehad to end with the only dessert on the menu, Cazuela de chocolate, nice round dish of peruvian chocolate topped with friedhazelnuts. This one is worth another visit. Price : $150 for 2 with drinks and a 20% gratuity that was added to the bil Read more
