Unfortunately we didn?t get past the rude Female that answered the phone The first time. And then I had to call back and then I... got another rude guy who answered the phone , But this time I had to use my Friends telephone number because the girl was sorude the first time I was scared she was gonna spit in my food. But the guy who answered the phone said yeah I know this numberand repeated my number back , even though I called from a different number!!! After he asked for our address he must?ve beenvery flustered because he asked if that was it for the order. But we didn?t even order yet. At that point I was disgusted anddidn?t trust what was gonna happen to our food so we just hung up and look elsewhere for food and we better service ! I have always said that in order for a city to be world class it has to have great late night food options. ALEX PIZZA & GRILL... is an excellent option for late night food in the city of Boston. See? I work late night as a bouncer at some of the bestNightclub establishments. I get hungry at times after work. I had a large Italian sub with everything on it. And since Inoticed they were kind of busy with online and to go orders, I also got a veggie slice of pizza and a 20oz ginger ale soda.Taste was Super. I liked the presentation. However the dining tables were a bit dirty. It was obvious they had not been cleanedfor a couple of hours. A quick 2 or 3mns wipe with a wet towel would have done the trick. Time was reasonable for a busyweeknight with lots of to go orders. Will definitely eat there again but maybe simply a to go order will suffice. Read more
Cmon!!!! Your small pizza is smaller than one single slice at ANY boston pizza place yet cost $18-21 not $3. Just unacceptable... pricing. Add delivery and tip you pay like $26 for a slice of pie. Not cool Read more

It was late and we were looking for food to be delivered and this place was recommended by the representative at the front desk... of the hotel we were staying in (he did warn us it was no good). My friend called and the lady that answered the phone wasso rude, my friend try to ignore her attitude and rudeness and continued to try and place an order, unfortunately it was toomuch and she ended the call to avoid being rude in return. I waited a few minutes and decided to try again (we really wantedsome food lol) this time a gentleman answered the phone he promptly asked for my phone number and cut me off after my area codeand continued to read back to my friends number. I corrected him and continued trying to place an order. Unfortunately afterasking for address and phone number? he jumped to asking me ? anything else? ?
