R E A L L Y wish this place was better with consistency. I?ve been 4 or 5 times now and I?ve never had an order that was overall... good. Either the gravy is like water, some food cold, some food piping hot, things are left out, or it takes over 30 min to getfood. Employees are usually nice but seem like they are dead inside and move super slow. Restrooms always clean and the insidehas always been clean. Should be called Whataline. Jokes aside, the location usually is spot on, can't say I have ever had a bad experience here just... par for the course for their brand. Sometimes the 2 lanes for drive through can get muddled and picking the wrong line can turninto extra wait so be mindful of which times you go. Read more
I come here often later in the evenings and the place is always dirty. Tonight I was there and the managers were just sitting... there not making employees wipe down tables or cleaning up spills. I personally witnessed the manager tell an employee to getthe wet floor sign and place over a wet spot when there was only 2 people in the lobby eating instead of getting a mop andcleaning it up. I then had to wipe down my own table to have a clean table to eat at. This place is going down hill fast need tohire better management for the evening shift. Read more
I ordered a #8 double Jr whataburger meal with onion rings and a small drink. My onion rings were so burnt they were inedible.... Would have returned it but didn't notice until I got where I was going. Pretty disappointed I usually love the onions rings. Read more

Whataburger never disappoints! Although the drive thru line was crazy long, the workers moved the line very quickly, even as I... watched large orders being passed out of the window to the cars in line ahead of me. I was very satisfied with the amount oftoppings given to me with my avocado bacon burger, they?re the only fast food place who ever gives me enough tomato :) Theservice at the window was quick and friendly. My go to for fast food. Never had a bad order, service is always great. And that new breakfast burger... Even when I try not to... order it, I always do. With an extra patty of course. Read more
