I'd almost rather not review this new location because it might get so busy we can't get in, but Bossier has needed something... like this for so long. Bistro feel, quiet intimate, knowledgeable staff, superb creative food, great wine selection, over thetop balsamic vinegar and oil pairing. They also sell oil and vinegar retail too. We heard how wonderful it was from daughtersand husbands but mmmm-mmm! We had the chicken flatbread to start and it was amazing. It's called barbecue chicken flatbreadbut I can't figure out why it's called barbeque - so Mediterranean and amazing flavors. Then we had an order of stuffed pickledpeppers stuffed with goat cheese, and salami, goodness in the mouth! And we had the bread with vinegar and oil. Had to be thebest bread we dipped in oil and vinegar since the days of Olive Street Bistro. (Telling my age) At any rate, superb variety ofoil and vinegar, great friendly staff, yummy food, but limited seating. You will absolutely not be sorry! Read more

What a cool little spot. The wine was good, stuffed peppadews were good, olive oil and vinegars amazing. Staff was very... friendly. We walked in around 3 pm on a Wednesday, it was our lucky day as the glasses of wine are half off onWednesdays?otherwise, full price glasses of wine are pretty steep. I will definitely come back in the future, likely on aWednesday. Lol! Read more
