I called in to place a simple to go order for 2 strawberry bubble teas. I was 5 minutes down the road and on a time crunch. I... wanted to call it in and have it paid for, so I could run in, grab and go. Unfortunately the lady or owner who answered thephone cut me off after requesting the 2 teas and rudely told me how she was not going to let me place that to go order becausemost people say they are on the way and show up 30 minutes later or don't show at all and she was not going to make them for mebecause she didn't know how long it would take me to get there. I tried to speak to let her know I was a few minutes away andin a hurry, but I was unable to because she hung up on me. I called her back and tried to tell her I was already on the wayand that was rude of her to peak to me without letting me speak and she hung up on me again. I used to come here with myfriends, I've eaten here often. I'll never be back after being treated like that over a to go order. I'll order all of mybubble teas from the Bubble Express near Barksdale and will get my pho and Vietnamese else where. She was so rude and so nastytowards me. I just can't believe a business owner would speak to a client that way over the phone and hang up. Read more
Horrible experience never ordering from here again! One there business hours say they open at 11.. called at 11:15 and the lady... says she doesn’t open till 11:30, but would still take my order and be ready for pick up at 11:40. My husband gets there about11:50 to give them some extra time and the order still isn’t ready. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CUSTOMERS. He finally gets our foodat 12:30. Almost an hour after they told me it’d be ready. Horrible customer service. They even mixed up our order at first.Gladly taking my business to the other pho place near them. Should of never given these people a chance. Save your time andmoney go somewhere else! Read more

None of the employees were wearing masks, so definitely stay away if you expect them to be following Covid precautions. Other... than that, I called in my order, and when I got there to pick it up, I was told they didn't do a small pho for pickup. Thatwould have been nice to have been told on the phone. On top of that, they didn't even start my order until I got there becausethey wanted to make sure I wanted the large. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes in the restaurant. I wanted to give them achance to understand my frustration, but all they did was make excuses, and told me I would like the food. Not even anapology. The food was okay, but I didn't even get the correct order...so yea, id go elsewhere next time. Read more

Horrible experience! It took forever to get our food. We never received our garnishes to compliment the pho. Our party of 5 was... not served at the same time. When one person finally got her food, it was burnt. The bubbly tea did not have bubbles. When theperson asked about her food being burnt, she was treated very rudely (told you not know how to eat). The lady said she woulddiscount the tea but kept changing the amount of the discount. Then they added gratuity to our separate tickets. I will NEVERreturn. Read more
Extremely unsanitary. I watched them make a batch of thai tea and the lady sampled it with the same spoon 4 times. Then she made... our cups and put her unwashed bare hands all over the unwrapped straws. Disgusting to say the least. Read more
