This used to be the best fastfood restaurant and it has really gone downhill overtime. The last few times I have went to give it... another chance, I've had issues. The girl who usually takes orders is so rude asking "is that it? Is that it?" After every itemyou order or doesn't let you finish. Making you feel rushed.They take forever with your order and half of the time, it's missingitems or it's wrong. Then when you ask to fix it, they act like it's a huge inconvenience. I really wish things would change. When I have contacted corporate/management, they just want to refund your money or give you free food....NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Read more
I had to press button 3 times before anyone would even acknowledge me to order. I ordered 2 large strawberry shakes. It took... several minutes and when the young blonde girl delivered them the shakes literally were runner then anything I have ever seen. Iasked why it took so long and my shakes look like a glass of water and the young girl said sorry and went away. The shakes were$12.89 and we literally couldn't enjoy them at all. I have never been so humiliated at this Sonic. I?ve been going to this Sonic for about 14 years and have never been treated so... rudely like tonight and I?ve always tipped good. I pulled in to Sonic about 7:30 this evening. There were no other cars thereso I?m thinking I should get in and out fast. All I wanted was a drink and a bag of ice. My order was taken immediately. Iwaited and waited. A young man came out and ask if I got my order. When I replied no, he said he?d be right back. He nevercame back, I push the red button again when a young lady came on, she said something so fast I didn?t understand and hung upbefore I could say something. This was repeated with same results. I pushed down on my horn and nobody came out. I go backhome upset with the way I was treated. I called up there and spoke with the manager. He said they were short staffed. Theyhad 4 kids working the front, the manager said he was the only cook. I told him there were no other cars there but me when Ipulled in and I didn?t order food. Who was he cooking for. The manager apologized but didn?t seem sincere. They probablydon?t care what I say or think. Is good customer service a thing of the past? I?m so disappointed. It was about 30 minutesbefore I realized I wasn?t getting my order. They let me sit there after taking my order. They could have told up front theyweren?t taking orders. Read more
Third time in a row our order has been wrong. 1st off giving us fries when we ordered totts, then giving us another bag of... "totts" that was still fries. Second twice paying for extra marinara and getting no marinara at all for cheese sticks. Now 3rdand final strike an only ONE PATTY BACON BURGER!! When has a #3 ever been only one dried burnt patty. 430 on a Sunday, 1 other vehicle and myself the only customers present, I simply ordered 1 large onion ring. They arrived burnt,... dripping in grease, I sent them back, I never got any response as to a refund or a new order. Read more
The food is always fresh and the staff is really friendly. I was sone eating and just hanging out before picking my son up from... school when one of the employees, Alonzo,asked me if everything was OK because I had been here for a little while.
