If you're looking for quick and delicious food for lunch, this is your spot. Had a phenomenal catfish PoBoy the first day I was... at Shreveport. It was so good that after melting the top of my mouth on the first bite, I couldn't resist taking another beforethe sandwich cooled off! We went back again a few days later and had both grilled and fried shrimp... Wow. Super friendly staffthat brought our food to us even though I'm pretty sure we're supposed to pick it up from the counter. Clean restaurant in andok (for an outsider) part of town. I ate at the location north southland park drive in Shreveport Louisiana the food was awful the fries were cooked in old dark... looking Grease.. The fish was undercooked. No selection on fountain cokes. They only 3 different drinks to pick from .and thecoke machine that you get your drinks from was dirty with mold..and also there was flies..we ordered a double french fries andonly got one.i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody..i will never eat there again. The owners have redecorated. Place is clean and food is great. The prices are great. The lady working there is attentive and... works hard despite being the only one as cashier and bussing the tables. Good attitude to boot. Only issue was the restroom. Iknow times are rough for small businesses. Suggestion: hire a contractor to come clean instead of expecting employees to do it.It's a cost that is worth extra customers. Read more
On the road from Tennessee to Texas, stopped for gas and a bite to eat. This place got high ratings for a reason, the food was... great, order was accurate. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everytime we go to Louisiana, we look for a Sam's Southern Eatery! Our server was so polite and kind. Thank you! They make the... best fried ???? ???? shrimp poboy???? ???? ( I should know. I've tried many places??) The tarter sauce is the best with justthe slightest cajun kick!
