Customer service is horrendous. They don?t have spicy chicken which is the whole reason to go here. Wait times are 20 minutes or... more in drive through or inside. Southern classic or chick fil a are so much better. Just google the location while you?rewaiting in the non-moving drive through and leave as fast as you can. Read more

Didn't tell us before we ordered they were out if almost everything. Only took 1 persons order in our group so the rest of us... didn't get any food. Didn't ask what we wanted to drink, chose for us. Didn't give us any sauces. They were too busy talkingto each other to take orders. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. So unprofessional. So unsanitary. I have picked up two doordash orders here and the... management is no good.. employees prepare chicken sandwiches and sides with no gloves.. no hairnets.. the crew is set up in thedining room with cookies and chargers as if this isn?t their place of work. They can have a line of a few people in drivethrough and they take one order at a time and seem not to care about getting food out to customers quickly. I saw an employeewearing blue furry sandals grab a chicken patty for a sandwich with her blue fingernails.. no gloves. I know restaurants areunderstaffed but there is no excuse for this. Read more

AWFUL!!!! Ordered through door dash and when they got there workers said they had no chicken sandwiches, no tenders, no red... beans and rice, no Cajun rice. Our Dasher tried to get it all worked out but they bagged up food and sent her away with it.Luckily she double checked it and said every single thing was wrong. It was a Popeyes for lunch. Used the app to order, but Popeyes doesn't have that process worked out. There are always problems.... Order is never ready, or permanently lost but they still charge for it. This happens at multiple stores, not just this one. Theyreally should be better at this. Read more

Service here is ALWAYS horrible! My wife and I pulled up at 4:45 (they told us that they can?t help us for Atleast 15 minutes... because they are doing a shift change) We decided to go back at 6pm. They turn the lights off on the menu so people will think they closed. Horrible service the young lady that took my order was... in the window eating a big Mac. The customer service here is amazing! The only thing that lacks about this location ?sometimes? is their wait. I would wait... around 15 mins for my food. I wouldn?t argue about the wait much, because the food is always great. If you?re in a hurry, Iwouldn?t recommend waiting. My food always comes out fresh and delicious. They gave me extra fries for the long wait. I lovetheir chicken sandwich and also the strawberry lemonade! Read more
