from going when I was a kid now to taking my own it's kind of a let down. i get places have ti make money but with this I... definitely feel that you do not get your money's worth for the time. also no tickets that was probably the best part.. broughtkids back (4 kids) and we came 3 days before I had to leave for an emergency call. paused cards with Ober hour game play oneach. only to find out pause doesn't mean you can actually pause it then resume. Had my grand daughters 1st birthday party. Employees were very helpful and the parties were well organized. Kids had an... awesome time. Pizza was pretty good. This is the biggest Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to, lots of games and rides for thekids, awesome place!! Read more
Honestly for the cost and new price changes you would think that they would have more games running and actually working. For... almost $50 for a pizza, sampler, and drinks you would think that the meal would of had more food. Not 4 chicken wings, literally12 French fries and bread sticks with half the soda machine coming out as water ???? the staff on the other hand was great andsuper friendly.... but seems like things don't ever get fixed at this location Read more
So I took my son there for the 1st time today and we loved it it was great. The only negative I have for this is that the seat... that goes around in a circle took our token but wouldn't work And we never got to see Chuck E cheese come out which was abummer. Also I feel like the pizza was over priced However it was very good and I think the amount of "tokens" was good for theprice. Read more
I have to give it three stars due to the lack of games NOT working. That was super disappointing for my son. They were also... short staffed. But, the staff that was there was extremely helpful & friendly! I was also impressed with the pricing. It was notnearly as overpriced as I anticipated it to be. Also, the pizza was AMAZING. Edit to add: The owner replied to my review & saidthey will get the games fixed as soon as possible. So, next visit if the games are fixed I will absolutely come back & change myreview. UPDATE: We went back to this same Chuck E Cheese exactly two weeks later & unfortunately not only were the games thatwere broken the first time, not fixed; but there were even more games broken. My son was super disappointed. I snapped some picsto show just some of the games that are not working. Also, the water game in the second to last picture, is now broken. And thehorse that's in the last picture was broken both times but my son still wanted a picture on it. Read more
This place is awesome during a weekday and you get there when they open.... practically had the place to ourselves for a good... bit....lots of games, there were a handful that weren't working, but it was still a good time....I'm surprised this place stilluses tokens though and not the cards so it made it hard for the littler kids to keep up with their cups of tokens and thenleaving them around for others to possibly pick up....one of the workers there, Denise, she was very nice and made our time agreat one.....I will return Read more
