Have come here 3 times in the past 2 months, all on weekdays in the evening, approximately 7-8pm. Only going to the drive-thru,... but waiting 5 min on average just to order. Another 10 mins waiting in line to get the food. Not sure if they have beenshortstaffed or just not in a a mood to cook, but maybe the owners should visit and have a pep talk with them. Could see anemployee at the register wearing a backpack and his pants below his cheeks(and he's wearing a belt). I think maybe his uniformis too big. Cashier was so friendly and helpful. The fries were hot and the burger was made just like I needed ???? should have gotten... extra pickles cuz four wasn't enough because I just love them and this is one of the places local that still have good pickles.Went back again for lunch and again was satisfied. If I could give this Burger King zero stars, I would. The food is actually not bad?IF you can get them to take your order. My... first experience was good so I went again one night and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes or so and no one said a word. Ithought may it was a fluke so I tried two more times and the same thing happened. On the second visit of the two, I played on myphone for 10 minutes just to test it out. Service was poor. Chicken Sandwich was over cooked and dried out. Could have passed for cardboard. French fries were great.... Just the way I like them. Crisp on outside soft on inside. Read more
I hope someone reads this review from corporate. So yesterday, Sunday, April 10 at 5:20 pm I went to burger King for the 5... dollar deal on the two sandwiches. So I'm in the drive through and I'm told to hold so I'm sitting up there waiting for a coupleminutes. When she finally comes picks I tell her what I want but quite confused at how I had to repeat my order because she upthere talking or fussing with her co-workers so I get the king that's supposed to come with bacon two of the sandwiches and Iget a strawberry Fanta and I was in the middle of not deciding whether I wanted onion rings or not so I'm like man how much isit going to be I just said never mind. She was so rude at the window waiting on my food and to pay she rolled her eye at me. Nowfor one I didn't do nothing to you so you need to come correct I get my food I'm driving down the street because I like tomultitask while driving my burger was supposed to have bacon on it but it didn't. got impatient and had to switch people and had attitudes with us for no reason. We have a big group because we are traveling.... right off the bat the gave us the wrong drinks. I went to Burger King this morning Friday, March 18th, to get breakfast and the lady that was in the window customer service was... exceptional!!! She was so polite and friendly and I loved her attention to detail! I?m not sure if she was a manager or not butshe sure made my morning so much better! Let me tell you something. Whoever was working the morning shift onTuesday November 22 2022 deserves a raise. That was the best... breakfast I've ever had at a burger king. Everything was hot the hashbrowns were crispy even the drink was on point. 5 stars tothat crew! Read more
