Nice clean place with lots of options. You can try any icecream you want before buying it. We went there for a mother-daughter... date, and it was perfect. I got oreo smores, and my daughter got triple mango and bubblegum. Those were pretty good, exceptbubblegum. It just felt wrong to eat it lol. Overall, great place. Took 2.5 yr old daughter for 1st BR trip. She loved it. Staff was very helpful and polite. Wife found out that we snuck out, and... had to crash our daddy-daughter Sunday afternoon date. ???? wife loved it too. Another daddy-daughter afternoon date success. Read more
I stopped in on 4/15/2022 to get my mother a pint of Rocky Road. When I came in I noticed that one of the employee's children... were camped-out at the first large table in the corner. There was trash on the table and floor along with a pair of dirty shoes,toys and empty ice cream containers. Another one of her children was literally laying beneath a food prep area behind thecounter. She literally had a makeshift cot complete with a pillow and blanket under the counter and was watching TV and eatingice cream. The little girl would just walk around the store and get whatever she wanted to eat and the employee acted as thougheverything was fine. The store was filthy and the environment was uncomfortable having an employee use this location as adaycare. I understand that times are hard now, but there is no excuse for this. This sends a horrible message to potentialcustomers. The employee was nice, but that was the only positive aspect of this visit. I cannot see myself coming back untilthis is fixed. Read more

They had an amazing non-dairy chocolate - chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream! & We also got a royal chocolate shake. We were... given as many samples as we wanted. Although they ran out of real waffle cones and didn?t have pistachio ice cream out this weekmaybe another time. The workers in their today were super helpful and cheerful that makes a huge difference in customer service!I?m all for non dairy desserts!! Hope to see more delicious flavors! Read more
There was a dead bug in the ice cream. When I pointed it out the girls were so rude about it and yelled at me that they couldn?t... serve that ice cream to me. All of their ice cream was mixed and nobody had gloves on. I the. called when I left to speak with amanager and was asked how they were rude and she asked ?Well did you want us to give you the bug?? I told her I was not callingto complain about the bug I was calling to say that you will lose all service if you treat people like that. There was noapology or anything. All attitude and eye rolls? Baskin Robbins was a absolutley, positively, delightful experience. Never really bad when going out for ice cream,but this BR... location made it very enjoyable. The shop was clean and very organized, with all things neatly on display making it hard tochoose. The service was very efficient, fast, and friendly. Pleased with everything and would definitely recommend a visit ifyou are a fan of the Baskin Robbins brand, or have never been but would like to try it out and get the best experience, givethem a visit.
