To start with for a five star restaurant I was served the worst steak I have ever seen. I took my wife for our anniversary... dinner and both of our steaks were supposed to be medium. When me and my wife received our steaks we were asked to cut them tosee if they were prepared correctly. One steak was well done one steak was raw . The plate was sent back into the kitchen for15-20 minutes, only for the steak to come out as the same steak but burned with the smaller portion of potatoes and green beansassuming the cook scraped it off the plate burned it then put a cheap slice of cheese on top to cover it . I was charged $83.50for apparently one steak and was told we were charged for one , online the prices say that one steak is $44. She tried to assureus we weren?t charged for the steak that was left untouched. This was our first time coming to this restaurant after severalcooks telling us the food was amazing. Only to be very disappointed and over charged for food that was thrown in the trash. This is my new FAVORITE restaurant! My wife surprised me with a date night (made reservations), and this restaurant exceeded all... expectations in Bossier City. Richard in the complimentary valet service was excellent. He opened my door for me and greetedboth me and my wife with such professionalism. Also, he was constantly running to get vehicles so that customers had minimalwaits. Anthony and Scott took care of us once seated. Anthony made sure our glasses were never empty, fresh bread was on thetable, extra dishes were removed from the table between meal courses, and packaged our left overs for us with such grace andelegance once our dinner was complete. Scott was our waiter. He was attentive, and provided us with excellent mealrecommendations. Scott serviced us with the upmost professionalism and hospitality. He was never far, and made sure we wantedfor nothing. We ordered steak, pork chops, and an extra side of mac & cheese. Our food arrived in approximately 15 mins. Isampled both entrees, and both were AMAZING! Pork chops on that bed of mashed sweet potatoes was my favorite. It was allsucculent and tender. After having a reservation disappointed at Ernest?s restaurant. 2 Johns had reservations and walk-ins. This was a lovely... restaurant and our waitress Kelsey was amazing. This place has customer service to its finest. I highly recommend to be a musttry especially over Ernest?s restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the Vallet service was awesome. Read more
UPDATE : Went back and was sadly a little disappointed. The food was amazing and the service was great. But the price of the... steak I got (filet Oscar) 4 months ago went up from $70 to $100. Our meal was overall much more expensive than last time. Don'tget me wrong, the food was still amazing (except the chocoholic martini. It was almost like iced chocolate milk with a littlealcohol), but we will probably wait a while before going back again. Wow. That's about the best way to describe this place.Went there with my wife for our anniversary and the food was incredible. Best steak and cheesecake I've ever had. We willdefinitely be going back.
